Empanadas are savory pastries made of dough in a crescent shape. They are stuffed with various ingredients like beef, chicken, pork, or vegetables. They are then baked or fried to perfection! There are also sweet empanadas filled with all kinds of yummy things... like Nutella and bananas or Guava & Cheese. My go-to empanada is the classic beef one nothing beats that original taste!
