New Rochelle just got a taste of the tropics! The Waters Grill, a brand-new waterfront restaurant, officially opened on July 3 at 94 Hudson Park Rd—and it’s already making waves.
Owner Rudy Southwell set out to create a space that feels like a vacation, pulling from his Antiguan roots and Latin American influences. With help from Peruvian friends and Nicaraguan-born chef Oscar Mauricio Moraga, the menu is a bold fusion of Caribbean, Peruvian, and American favorites.
