Her latest chapter might have the sweetest name yet:
Little Pink Cup.
Located at 27 East Main Street in downtown Mount Kisco, Little Pink Cup Cafe is part coffee shop, part brunch destination, part bakery and part mocktail bar with Bonnie Saran’s signature creativity running through all of it.
And despite the name, there is nothing little about the personality of this place.
Meet Bonnie Saran: The Woman Behind the “Littles”
Before Little Pink Cup, there was Little Kabab Station. Then came Little Crepe Street and other concepts that expanded Bonnie’s footprint throughout Westchester.
Her food has never been confined to one cuisine or one set of rules.
That makes sense when you learn a little more about her story. Saran grew up in an Indian military family that moved frequently, and her travels exposed her to cuisines from around the world. She also learned by helping her mother with her catering business. That global influence eventually became a defining characteristic of her restaurants: Indian spices might meet European café culture, while street food, comfort food and unexpected ingredients somehow find their way onto the same menu.
Let’s Talk About the Drinks
This is where Little Pink Cup really starts having fun.
Yes, you can get coffee.
But why stop there?
The menu ventures into specialty lattes, iced drinks, teas, smoothies and creative zero-proof mocktails, making Little Pink Cup as much a beverage destination as it is a café.
One of the standouts is ube.
And that creativity extends beyond ube.

Come hungry.
Little Pink Cup might look like a coffee shop from the outside, but treating it as just a coffee shop would be a mistake.
Breakfast is served all day, and the menu moves between European café inspiration, classic New York breakfast comfort food and the playful combinations Bonnie has become known for.
You can absolutely keep things classic with a bacon, egg and cheese.
But this is Bonnie Saran we’re talking about.
Of course there are twists.
And then there is one of my favorites:
Talk to Me, Ana.
It’s exactly the type of combination that shouldn’t necessarily make sense on paper until you take a bite.
And somehow, it does.
Then there’s the chicken Caesar wrap.
I have eaten plenty of chicken Caesar wraps around Westchester, and this is easily one of the best I’ve had. It’s one of those deceptively simple menu items where you take the first bite and immediately realize someone actually paid attention to every component.
Save Room for Something Sweet
This is non-negotiable.
Little Pink Cup has expanded beyond coffee with baked goods, desserts and pastries, including croissants, brioches and other fresh treats.
You’ll find fresh baked goods, donuts and desserts calling your name from the display.
And if you see the tiramisu?
Get it.
Actually, don’t even pretend you’re going to share it.

What makes Little Pink Cup interesting isn’t simply that the coffee is good or the food is creative.
