We recently spent an afternoon cruising around Norwalk, Connecticut, with friends, and it was one of those experiences you wish could last forever. From the sunshine and music to great food, beautiful views, and an incredible sunset, our boating day was the perfect reminder that you don’t have to travel far to feel like you’re on vacation.
Our Boating Experience in Norwalk, CT
For our afternoon on the Long Island Sound, we cruised aboard a beautiful Cobalt R6, and it was seriously the perfect setup for a day with friends.
The boat was spacious and comfortable, with premium seating, surround sound for our music, coolers filled with ice-cold drinks, plenty of food, and everything we needed to relax and enjoy the afternoon.
We also had an amazing captain who was incredibly knowledgeable about the area. As we cruised through the waters around Norwalk and the Norwalk Islands, we got to learn a little about the area while taking in some gorgeous Connecticut shoreline views.
Between the waves, sunshine, music, food, friends, and watching the sun begin to set over the water, the entire experience felt like a mini vacation without having to go very far at all.
